Your Domain, Your Control — A Quick Update About Our New System

Login that is a portal

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been upgrading our hosting and management systems to give you a smoother, more secure experience. As part of this transition, our old WHMCS customer portal has been retired. I know change can feel a little uncertain, so I want to reassure you of one important thing:

You still have full control over your domain name. Nothing about your ownership or access has changed.

The only difference is where you log in.


Your New Login Portal

You can now access your domain settings here:

https://portal.pastisenterprises.com

This portal connects directly to the registrar system and gives you full access to:

  • Domain renewal options
  • Nameserver updates
  • DNS management (if applicable)
  • Contact information updates
  • Expiration dates and registration details

Everything you could do before, you can still do now — just through a cleaner, more direct interface.


How to Reset Your Password (No Need to Contact Me)

If you ever forget your password, you can reset it yourself in a few seconds.

  1. Visit https://portal.pastisenterprises.com
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter the email address associated with your domain
  4. Check your inbox for the reset link
  5. Create a new password and log in

If you’re not sure which email is on file, just reach out and I can confirm it for you. Once you know the correct email, you can reset your password anytime without waiting for support.


About Hosting Invoices

Your hosting invoices will continue to be sent directly from me. Our hosting system is managed separately, so you won’t see hosting invoices or payment options inside the new portal. When it’s time to renew your hosting, you’ll receive an invoice from me just like you always have.


About Domain Renewals

Your domain registration is visible inside the portal, and you’ll see renewal options there. You’re welcome to renew your domain through the portal if you prefer — or you can continue having me handle it for you. Either way, your domain remains fully in your name and under your control.
