At Pastis Enterprises, we maintain a stringent anti-spam policy. The use of our services for sending unsolicited bulk emails or any kind of unsolicited email is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your account “for cause” if we determine that you have violated our anti-spam policies. Additionally, we may suspend your account pending review upon receipt of any complaints or evidence suggesting involvement in spamming activities.
We enforce a zero-tolerance approach towards the sending of unsolicited emails, bulk emailing, and spam. Utilizing “safe lists,” purchased lists, or selling of lists will be treated as spamming activities. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user found to be engaging in spam activities, with or without prior notice.
Websites advertised via spam (Spamvertised) are not permitted to be hosted on our servers. This includes but is not limited to spam sent through fax, phone, postal mail, email, instant messaging, or Usenet/newsgroups. Hosting of any organization or entity listed in the ROKSO on our servers is prohibited. Any user account that results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended or terminated.
Pastis Enterprises reserves the right to enforce changes or disable any website, account, database, or component that does not comply with our policies. We may also make such modifications in an emergency situation, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to charge the account holder a cleanup fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal if unsolicited emails are sent from their account, at our sole discretion.
When sending emails, the recipient must be someone with whom you have a personal or professional relationship, or a customer, member, or subscriber of your business or organization who has specifically opted in or signed up to receive your emails. Alternatively, they should have made a purchase from you within the past 18 months.
Emails must not contain content related to the following industries or activities:
- Pornographic or adult content
- Adult novelty items
- Dating or escort services
- Multi-level marketing
- Affiliate marketing or CPA marketing
- Keylogging
- Get-rich-quick, work-at-home schemes, or paid surveys
- Online trading, forex trading, or stock market-related content
- Gambling services, products, or gambling education
- Online sweepstakes
- Streaming TV services
- Credit repair or debt relief content
- Advertising your CV
- Mortgages and/or loans (without prior approval)
- Herbal highs or herbal incense
- Nutritional, herbal, or vitamin supplements
- List brokers or list rental services
- Selling leads (without prior approval)
- Essay writing services
- Bulk RFQ (request for quote) emails
- Designer goods (without prior approval)
- Fake phishing emails for training or penetration testing
- Selling followers, likes, views, or comments on social media
- Emails sent to external email-to-SMS services exceeding 100 messages per month, and none for marketing purposes
- Unsolicited marketing emails (without proper permission from recipients)
You must also NOT use our services to:
- Knowingly send emails containing viruses, worms, or any other harmful code or software.
- Send defamatory, harmful, abusive, vulgar, or obscene content or material.
- Send emails that do not comply with all applicable laws, or that infringe upon the rights of any other party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, moral rights, trade secrets, patents, and any other rights.
- Harass or send threatening content.
- Use the service in a manner that substantially reduces performance for other subscribers, send “mailbombs” or other harmful devices, or engage in activities designed to gain unauthorized access to any of our computers or information.
You must also NOT use the service to send emails from email addresses for which you do not have permission to use or from invalid email addresses for the purposes of testing your account.
