One of the most used areas of your hosting plan is Webmail. Webmail allows you to access your emails through a web browser rather than using Email Software such as Outlook or Apple Mail.
Steps to Access Webmail for the Pastis Enterprises Client Area
- Login to the Pastis Enterprises Client Area.
- Click on the first icon Services or use the top menu to go to Services > My Services.
- Locate the Hosting Service you want to manage and click it.
- A screen will open with several panes. On the left is a box showing Actions.
- Click Log in to Webmail. Another window will open to take you to the Webmail.
Alternatively, if you would like to quickly create a new email account you can do this in the Services window. Scroll down the page to reveal the Quick Create Email Account Option. Enter the prefix for the email account, domain and password. Then click +Create.
The Services window also shows you an overview of your billing, and information about some of our other services such as Weebly, Sitelock or Marketgoo.
You can also access webmail without going through the Client Area. In your browser url area, type webmail.yourdomain and hit return. To access it you will need to enter your email address and password.
