The Support System is a great way for communicating with Pastis Enterprises. One advantage is that it leaves a paper trail so you can go back and review any issues that you may have raised in the past. It also lets you know definitively whether your issue has been resolved.
Login to the Client Area and click on Support >> My Tickets.

You can access this area by going to the Menu to Support > Tickets
You will see a list of all the tickets you have issued and their status.
Recent Support Tickets
If you've opened a support ticket, you will see it in this box. You can also click the +Open New Ticket button to reach out to our support staff
Create a Ticket
To open a ticket, click the Open a Ticket link at the top of the page.
Submit a Ticket
Submitting a ticket is one of the quickest ways to get a response from the staff at Pastis Enterprises.
How To Submit a Support Ticket
- Login to the Client Area and click on the Open Ticket link on the menu. A form page will open with your account information already filled in.
- Select the area where you need help.
- Type in the Subject of your request
- Fill in the Support form with as much information as possible and add any screenshots or other images you feel might help with your request.
- Click submit.
You have now submitted a support ticket and a copy will be emailed to you.
A staff member will immediately follow up with your issue.
