What services do you provide?

We customize your website so that your brand is brought to the forefront. We also offer website redesign and updating, conversions from one Content Management System to another, and technical support. We also offer social media integration, content marketing, software installation, and trouble-shooting.

Rest assured, we don’t just deliver your website then consider our work done. We stay with you, providing weekly support and updates because we know we couldn’t be successful unless you’re successful.

How does billing work

Billing is processed annually. You will be charged for the one-time setup fee the first year, then you will pay the monthly rate which includes hosting.

We have a flexible billing system with our clients. We prefer online payments, howeve,r if you need to pay via check feel free to contact us to make arrangements.

How do I cancel and delete my account?

You can cancel or close your website and account at any time. To do so, log in to South Valley with your email/password combination. Your sites will be listed on your dashboard. Click the “delete site” link to delete a website. If you are logging in with a username/password combination, then log in, and click on the “Site Settings” link. You will find a delete account link at the bottom right of the Site Settings page.

Can I run a business?

Absolutely! Hundreds of thousands of small businesses use ecommerce for their websites. Whether it’s a simple business site or a full-fledged online store, you can do it here. We also offer Premium Services like the ability to register a custom domain name (like yourname.com) to put a truly professional finish on your site.

Does South Valley offer phone support?

Yes! Phone support comes standard with all plans. We also offer email support and we have a robust community forum where you can get help from the South Valley community as well as South Valley staff members.
