If you are using WordPress as your website platform you have a little less to worry about in regards to the GDPR requirements. All you have to do click a checkbox in your settings and WordPress will help you write a simple privacy agreement.

If you are doing a lot of business with those in the European Union, you might also want to install another plugin. It is called GDPR Cookie Consent and your website visitors will be given a notification that cookies are used on your website and they must click to accept them.

To get this plugin, go to the dashboard, plugin, add new and search for GDPR Cookie Consent. Click install and activate. If you can’t find it you can locate it here.
